Our brief was to deliver a digital platform that encompassed all of their core business areas, which includes social and private housing; care and support to help people live independently.

Circle Housing needed to provide their users with support, information and the ability to report problems. Key to the design were considerations for the user experience with a particular focus on users who struggle reading complex sites for a variety of reasons.
